Aimee Belgard Announces Run
for Burlington County Freeholder
Democrat Aimee Belgard recently announced her candidacy for Burlington County Freeholder. Belgard, a civil defense attorney, resides in Edgewater Park with her husband and two young sons. In 2006 she was named one of Burlington County’s 10 people who made a difference by the Burlington County Times. A long-time community-service volunteer, in addition to various volunteer leadership roles with the American Cancer Society, Belgard has served for a number of years as a member of Edgewater Park’s Planning/Zoning Board, she is a member of Neighborhood Watch and, more recently, began offering her services in assisting the Recreation Committee. Following her 2009 election to Edgewater Park’s Township Committee, Belgard took office in 2010 and was named as liaison to the Senior Advisory Committee. Belgard is committed to serving her neighbors throughout Burlington County with integrity, honesty and in the best interest of Burlington County’s residents.
